Affiliate program terms

The program and who runs it
The CommentWatchDog affiliate program (also called the partner program) pays you for customers you send us. It is operated by GrowMeOrganic LLC, 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By applying you accept these terms; they are the whole agreement between you and us about the program.
Applications and accounts
Anyone aged 18 or over, a company, or a person acting for one may apply. We review every application by hand and may decline any, without giving a reason, and may ask for more information first. One partner account per person or company. Keep your details accurate; we send money to the bank details you give us and are not responsible for a transfer sent to details you entered wrongly.
What you earn
20% of every payment a referred account makes to CommentWatchDog during its first 12 months, counted from the account's first paid invoice. The rate rises to 25% from your 10th paying customer and to 30% from your 25th; the rate you hold when a payment happens applies to that payment, and earlier payments keep theirs. Amounts are in US dollars, calculated on what the customer actually paid, excluding taxes and payment fees. Trials, free plans, complimentary and internal accounts, and accounts we mark as fraudulent earn nothing.
Who gets the credit
The first affiliate link a browser opened within 90 days before the signup gets the credit, when we can link that browser to the signup for certain. A referral is never moved to another partner later. A signup with your own email address, an account that already existed before the click, an existing customer's second account, or a signup we cannot link for certain is not credited. Our records decide attribution and are final.
When and how you are paid
Each amount waits 30 days after the customer's payment, the refund window, then becomes ready. You request a transfer under Payouts once your ready total reaches 50 US dollars; below that it rolls over. We send it by bank transfer in US dollars, normally within ten working days of the request, and attach a tracking link where our bank provides one. Fees your bank charges are yours. We may hold a payment while we review suspected abuse. An amount that stays unclaimed for 12 months after your account closes, or that cannot be paid because no valid bank details were given within that time, is forfeited.
Refunds, disputes and reversals
If a customer's payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on it is taken back: cancelled if it has not been sent to you, deducted from your next transfer if it has. A partial refund takes back the matching part. A dispute the customer loses restores it. We never ask you to send money back; the deduction is made from what you earn next.
How you may promote
Say what CommentWatchDog does honestly, in your own words, using only claims that are true and the facts in the marketing kit. Where the law or a platform asks for it, disclose that you earn a commission. You may not bid on the CommentWatchDog name or misspellings of it in search ads, use our name in a domain, handle or page name, present yourself as us, post the link as a coupon or a deal, offer cash or gifts for signing up, send it unsolicited, or place it on sites you do not control. Cookie stuffing, self-referrals, fake or incentivised signups, and any method that credits you for a customer you did not send end the account and forfeit unpaid amounts.
Our name, logos and texts
While you are a partner you may use the logos, screenshots and texts we provide, as provided, to promote CommentWatchDog. That permission ends with your account. Everything about CommentWatchDog stays ours; nothing here gives you any other right to our name, marks or content.
The relationship
You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent or representative, and you may not make promises or commitments on our behalf. Nothing here is exclusive: you may promote other products, and we may run other programs. We make no promise about how much you will earn. You bear your own costs of promoting. The customers you refer are our customers; the relationship, the billing and the support are ours, and you get no customer data beyond what the portal shows.
Suspension, closing and ending the program
We may suspend or close a partner account that breaks these terms, harms us, our customers or the product, or shows signs of fraud; on fraud or a serious breach, unpaid amounts are forfeited. You may close your account at any time. When an account is closed in good standing, amounts already ready are paid on request under section 5, and amounts still waiting become ready and are paid the same way; nothing new is earned after the closing date. We may end the program with 30 days' notice; amounts earned before the end are paid.
Taxes and records
You are responsible for every tax on what you earn. We may ask for a tax form (such as a W-9 or a W-8BEN) before a payment and withhold what the law requires. The portal keeps a monthly statement of what you earned and what was paid; on request we provide a statement for any period.
Your data and the customers' data
We store your name, contact details, application answers, bank details and the ledger of what you earned, and we email you about your referrals, payments and statements; the Privacy Policy applies. Referred customers are shown to you by country and date only, never by name or email, and you may not contact a customer claiming to act for us.
Liability
The program and the portal are provided as they are; we do not promise they will be available at all times or error free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under the program is limited to the commissions earned and unpaid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost business.
Changes, law and contact
We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email; continuing to use the program after that is acceptance, and amounts already earned keep the terms they were earned under. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and its courts, and the English version governs. Questions go to support@commentwatchdog.com.
